Welcome to Lux Wellbeing a female-led business dedicated to the health and fitness of post natal women. At Lux Wellbeing we specialise in helping mums get back to feeling like themselves after pregnancy.  Whether you’re a brand new mum or a mum with a growing brood we are here to assist you on your post-pregnancy path to well-being.

We offer bespoke one to one post natal personal training sessions that have been tailored to your needs.  Our personalised sessions can help you with your post natal recovery including C-Sections, distastes-recti, core strength, weight loss management, muscle building & toning, increased cardiovascular fitness & improving your overall energy levels.

Our unique personal training sessions have been designed specifically for mums at home.  As a luxury delivery service we visit you in your home with our equipment at a time that suits you and your family.  Each personal training session will take into account your current postpartum health and your future fitness and health goals.  We have designed a range of packages for you to choose from so that you can realistically fit them around your busy lives as a mother.

We understand that time for yourselves as mum is often not a priority.  However, we encourage you to take the time to focus on your health and well-being, not just for you but also for your family, so that you can be the best version of you and the mother you want to be.
