6 WEEKS TO SUMMER BODY – £599

  • 18 hours of 1-2-1 personal training (£33.28 approx per hour)

12 WEEKS TOTAL BODY MAKEOVER – £999

  • 36 hours of 1-2-1 personal training (£27.75 per hour)
  • Make changes that become lifetime habits
  • Train at least 3 x per week*

  • Build muscle
  • Improve balance & agility
  • Nutritional guidance

TRAIN WITH A FRIEND

  • £70 per hour (£35 per person)

PAY AS YOU GO

  • £60 per hour

*Training times per week can vary however for best results it is recommended to train at least 3 times a week with your PT.  Consistency & regular weekly sessions is highly advised for the most effective results.

Terms & Conditions

All packages have an expiry date of 6 months from the start date.  24 hours notice must be given if you need to defer your session.
